Millers
Group´s main activity is the comercialization of maize (corn)
and wheat flour of superior quality. The great range of seeds employed
in Argentina, along with the fact that its flour market is highly
segmented, make difficult to argentine firms to guarantee the quality
and homogeneity of the flour they deliver.
Millers Group is able to do it because it applies quality and attribute
controls by means of Brabender, Perten and Chopin equipment.
This enables us to satisfy virtually all requirements regarding
the rheological properties of
our products.
By evaluating produced flours to a number of standard testing procedures
we can make sure they exhibit the tenacity, extensibility and estability
values that every customer needs. Also, we can produce flour with
different balance, gluten content and enzymatic activity as required
by each client.
